  • What are the advantages of setting up an account?

    There are multiple advantages to setting up an account:

    1. All of your check out information is kept on file, so that you do not need to re-type all your info each time you place an order.
    2. You can view all your current & past order info at any time.
    3. You can add items to your Favourites or “Wish List”, and view that list through your account.
    4. You can be kept up-to-date on any clearance deals, specials, and new product info.
  • What if I would like to add a logo or numbering to my product?

    Numbering can be easily added to select apparel product on our site. You can add numbering by choosing the customization option on the product detail page. For club logos, please use the GET QUOTE button on the Shopping Cart.

  • Will the colors of products on the website be an exact match to the product I receive?

    All monitors have different color settings and that can affect how colors appear on screen. This means that the actual product you receive, may differ somewhat from the color you’re seeing on our website, depending on the monitor you are using. If you have further questions, please contact one of our Customer Service representatives.

  • What if you are out of stock of a particular product?

    If we do not have the item that you’re looking for in stock, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Department to notify you of the situation, after the online order has been received at head office. At that point, you will be given a number of options:

    1. You could wait until additional inventory of the product is made available, at which time your order will be sent out.
    2. You could change your order to another product which is currently in stock.
    3. You can cancel the order, at which point you will receive a refund for the payment for that particular order.
  • Where can I view my Club/Team Pages on-line store?

    Simply click on the "My Team Store" link on the top naviation of the website, and log in. Once logged in you will see the list of club stores you have access to. Alternatively, you may have received a direct link from your club or association. For the most part, you will need to be logged in to access your webstore.

  • What if I need access to multiple webstores?

    If you need access to more than one webstore using the same account login info, please email us or call us at 1-800-361-1145. Your second and subsequent stores need to be manually added to your account profile.

  • Can I cancel my order after it has been placed, if it has not shipped yet?

    Items purchased in the online store can be cancelled if they have not been shipped yet, however if order has already shipped, you will need to return the item.

    Unfortunately club orders cannot be cancelled after they have been processed. Please ensure that you have chosen the correct items/ colors/ sizes on your order, to avoid any issues when the order arrives to you. If you did order the wrong product by mistake, you may be able to return the product but will need to contact our Customer Service Department for further information. On a related note, orders cannot be edited after they have been placed. This includes any edits to color of product, size, delivery address, etc.

    Any personalized items cannot be returned.

  • What if I am unsure about which size to order?

    Please reference our sizing charts. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Placing an order on our website is easy!. Just add items to your cart, go to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment information, and place your order. We ship online orders to any address in Canada. Shopping at Affiliated Sports Group is a slam dunk!

Quick and easy pickup is the fastest way to get your online order. You can purchase it, and we will decorate and pack it for you here. When the order is ready you can simply come pick it up at our warehouse location.

We currently accept Credit Cards (Integrated Shopify Payments), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Interac (Canada only).

All orders are charged to your payment type of choice when the order is processed. At this time, we do not offer Cheque, Money Order, COD, Net Terms or any other post-dated payment options.

Credit Card: You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit card. (VISA or MasterCard). The applicable amount will automatically be debited on your card. Affiliated Sports Group Campea reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.

PayPal: When paying by PayPal, Affiliated Sports Group Campea reserves the right to check the validity of the PayPal account, that there are enough funds to cover the purchase sum and validate the billing address details of the purchaser. Affiliated Sports Group Campea reserves the right to deny any purchase.

Gift Vouchers / Discount Codes

Gift Vouchers purchased on this website can be claimed in the checkout and will deduct from your order total amount. If you would like to check the balance of your gift voucher, please email us.

If you have received a Discount Code, please enter in the Discount Code on the checkout page. You may enter in a Gift Voucher and a Discount Code, but you will not be able to enter in two or more Discount Codes.

Returns & Warranty

We understand that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items purchased within 30 days, returned in their original condition (unworn, unlaundered, unembellished, in new condition). If items are purchased as a set (i.e. Training pants and jackets), it must be returned as a set. Please try on items in a clean, indoor area in case you need to return them.

  • * Please note that clearance and customized items are final sale.
  • * Please note any decorated products cannot be exchanged once shipped. Please verify the sizing and style you select prior to placing the final order.

How to Return your Item:

Please complete the return form and include it in your package. You have been provided a return Way bill should you choose to send the item back. It is important to include a copy of your packing slip or original invoice with the return.

We suggest that you ship your return package via courier or insured registered mail, to make a note of your receipt and tracking number, in the event that it is delayed or lost in transit. We cannot accept returns that are COD, or marked as “Bill Recipient”.

Please allow for 1-2 weeks from the time that you send your return to receive your refund/ /your exchange order. Most returns are processed within 1-3 business days of arrival. Merchandise returned without an original packing slip/ invoice or outside these Policy Guidelines may take longer to process.

All refunds will be for merchandise only; we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, refund the shipping costs.

Defective Items

Due to the intense nature of sports, all items - especially footwear and gloves - will experience normal wear and tear such as: color loss, material wear, loose threads, small gaps between the outsole and the upper, etc. All equipment may need replacement after a season of play due to normal wear and tear. Normal wear and tear will begin to show even within the first few uses. This is both normal and expected. These occurrences are common and not indicative of an item's defectiveness (poor workmanship or materials).

Very few items are truly defective. Genuine defects most often reveal themselves within 60 days of purchase. An item's price does not indicate longevity, merely the quality of the materials and technology used in its construction. For this reason you may return a defective item up to 60 days after the date of purchase for a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times do not include production time. Shipping time starts when the package leaves our warehouse.

All orders from are processed between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Customization work (embroidery, logos, numbering) will require an additional 5-10 business days. Please allow for a production time of 21-28 days for custom patches.

Once an order has been processed we are not able to add or change the order, shipping options, address, etc. We will notify you by email when your order has shipped; you will be provided with a tracking number at that time.

We have a variety of shipping options available online; (depending on your purchase parameters):

Standard (Ground) Shipping and Handling (1-4 Business Days- Canada Only - for non-decorated items):

  • Orders between $0 - $199.99 qualify for a $15 flat fee shipping
  • Orders over $200 qualify for Free Shipping* (*Does not apply for large Team/Club/Association on-line orders, kits, or to oversized items.)
  • Some restrictions may apply.

Express Shipping and Handling (1-2 Business Days- Canada Only):

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout and are based on size and weight of the products ordered.
  • Please note that all rates quoted on the website are from Canada – however, ASG will use the most efficient and price effective courier service (FedEx, Purolator, etc for the territory to which goods are being shipped).

Team/Club Shipping

Please contact us for more information on the shipping costs your team/club orders.

Please be advised that most couriers may require a signature upon delivery (If the order is being shipped to an apartment or to an office building, the carrier may not leave the package at the door, and will require you to sign for your package).

We also offer a pick-up option. If you choose the "Pick Up at ASG Warehouse" option, please be advised that you will receive a confirmation for pick up when the order is packed and ready. Please remember to bring your receipt with you when you pick up your order.
